Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of post‑board consultant experience in ICU/Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong expertise in ventilator management and sepsis care.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
• Provide advanced life support and critical care management.
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinate patient management plans.
• Supervise junior physicians and ICU staff.
• Participate in hospital emergency preparedness initiatives.
