The ideal candidate holds board certification in critical care, 5–7 years post‑board experience, and eligibility for UAE licensure, with strong clinical governance and teaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with board-certified critical care training.
• Minimum 5-7 years post-board consultant experience in ICU/critical care.
• Appropriate UAE license or eligibility to obtain required license.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilization of critically ill patients and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee invasive and non-invasive ventilation, bronchoscopy, and ECMO where indicated.
• Ensure airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and sepsis protocols are followed.
• Supervise residents and junior physicians; contribute to teaching and audits.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold UAE regulatory standards.
