Job summary

eMinds is seeking a Senior ICT Systems Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise ICT solutions across Voice, UC, Contact Center, and Networking environments. You will lead discovery, design and implementation, working with multiple external customers and vendors to ensure successful migrations and handovers.

This role requires hands-on experience in integration projects, strong documentation, and ability to manage multiple workstreams while adhering to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 4–7 years ICT engineering experience; strong customer-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer workshops, site assessments and solution design.
• Translate customer requirements into practical implementation designs.
• Deploy, configure, integrate and migrate enterprise Voice, UC, CC, Network Security and NAC solutions.
• Manage multi-vendor integrations and complex system migrations across large environments.
• Prepare technical documentation: HLDs, LLDs, SDDs, MOPs and rollout plans.
• Obtain formal handover and ensure smooth transition to BAU support.
