Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT, ELV, and security system design.
• Strong background in fiber optic networks, duct networks, and security systems infrastructure.
• Experience managing ICT and security design on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex ICT challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations to clients and SIRA authorities.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or SIRA certification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering methodologies and solutions to address ICT and ELV challenges in infrastructure projects.
• Design comprehensive ICT, ELV, and security systems.
• Conduct security risk assessments and prepare relevant documentation as per SIRA and Dubai Police regulations.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Engage with clients and project managers to capture requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, TIA/EIA, SIRA, and local regulatory frameworks.
