EY in Dubai seeks a Senior Consultant in FAAS to help clients address accounting and financial reporting challenges. You’ll lead engagements, shape ICFR implementations and governance framework development for diverse organisations across the MENA region.

The role emphasizes delivering tailored deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and building strong relationships with client management while complying with EY's quality and risk guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience leading teams and managing 2+ engagements concurrently.
• Demonstrated mentoring skills.
• Experience in ICFR, Corporate Governance, Board Support.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver within scope and client requirements.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; professional qualifications listed above.
• Minimum 4 years’ Big 4 experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagements across MENA in ICFR, governance and related services.
• Plan, manage and deliver tailored client deliverables.
• Research application of accounting standards to various transactions.
• Assist with accounting framework transitions and benchmarking.
• Develop and provide tailored training; maintain client relationships.
• Ensure work is documented and compliant with QRM guidelines.
• Coach junior team members and foster a positive learning culture.
