KN International is urgently seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer (I&C) to oversee infrastructure services, ensure quality, and coordinate with contractors in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years in infrastructure services, UAE preferred.
• Experience in Main Pumping Stations, 33kV Substations, and Transmission Networks.
• Proven experience in SCADA systems for pumping stations.
• Experience with TRANSCO or TAQA; TRANSCO approval preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in pumping stations, fluid mechanics, and M&E systems.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pumping stations, fluid mechanics, and related systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Supervise contractor’s work, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure timely completion of M&E systems.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and technical queries related to mechanical and electrical works.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project documentation, including material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings, providing technical input and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
