Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred.
• 10+ years in CCGT/thermal plant I&C, DCS/SIS engineering, bid evaluation, FAT/SAT and commissioning support.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor for I&C engineering / control systems scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation.
• Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations.
• Prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support.
