Job summary

ACTION International Services LLC is seeking a senior Hydraulics Technician to diagnose, repair and install advanced hydraulic systems across the rental fleet. This hands-on role leads and mentors junior staff, ensuring work quality and acting as the technical authority on fluid power for mobile and industrial equipment.

The Level 3 Technician enhances equipment reliability and fleet availability, with experience on ABI foundation equipment, SANY crawler cranes, Kubota drilling rigs and vibro

Qualifications

• Trade certification in mechanical fitting, fluid power or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on hydraulics experience across heavy equipment.
• Experience diagnosing complex hydraulic faults on OEM equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems on rental fleet.
• Perform diagnostics, testing and commissioning of hydraulic systems.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and support field operations.
