Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and components.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and power units.
• Replace worn or damaged seals, bearings, rods, pistons, and other components.
• Perform pressure testing, leak testing, and functional testing after repairs.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
• Operate workshop equipment, including lathes, honing machines, presses, and testing benches.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with field service work when required.
• Recommend preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or Hydraulics related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hydraulic equipment repair and maintenance (or as required by the employer).
• Good understanding of hydraulic principles and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read hydraulic diagrams and technical documentation.

Familiarity with workshop tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
