Qualifications

• Minimum six years' experience in Facility Management or similar.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to prepare technical reports and MS Office documents.

Responsibilities

• Conform to all safety requirements to protect health and safety at work.
• Read, interpret and describe HVAC drawings and schematics.
• Set up and use test equipment and interpret results on HVAC systems.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM) and breakdown maintenance (BD).
• Maintain knowledge of local and international HVAC standards and regulations.
