Job summary

Ultiwise Consult seeks an experienced MEP Senior Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning) for its Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on driving sales of HVAC systems, building client networks, and closing project opportunities across the UAE.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project sales, with strong knowledge of Split/Window/Ducted AC systems, tendering, and MEP stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.
• Strong hands-on experience selling Split, Window, and Ducted AC systems.
• Proven experience in project sales, business development and client acquisition.
• Experience with MEP contractors, consultants, developers and project clients.
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
• Experience with reputed HVAC/AC brands preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE market, project sales cycle and tendering process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Split, Window, Ducted AC systems and related MEP solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors and developers.
• Manage project sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming project opportunities.
