Job summary

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on supervising HVAC installations, coordinating drawings and material requirements, and ensuring quality and safety on site in Dubai.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of HVAC site experience; a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required. On-site employment with company-provided housing and transport is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience 1–5 years HVAC site experience in building construction; GCC experience advantageous.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordinate material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs and related HVAC equipment.
• Monitor insulation, supports and installation quality as per approved drawings.
• Read HVAC shop drawings and coordinate material requirements.
• Raise inspection requests and attend inspections with the consultant.
• Allocate daily work to foremen and chargehands and track progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices and HSE compliance.
