Job summary

Gateworth Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy across multiple regions, including Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. The role requires 12–15 years of HR leadership and a proven ability to coach diverse teams while shaping policies and workforce plans.

You will lead end-to-end HR operations, oversee compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws, while delivering an operating model adaptable across locations.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of HR experience with strong leadership across global locations.
• Experience across HR Operations, Comp & Ben, Workforce Planning, Organisational Design, Talent Management and Change Management.
• Strong track record in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an HR operating model across multiple locations.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle and compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and compensation & benefits optimization across the group.
• Provide senior oversight of employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent policies.
• Set standards for the People team and strengthen business partnering and accountability.
