About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to take ownership of key business initiatives, lead cross-functional execution, and support the organization in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial awareness, structured problem-solving, and hands-on execution. This role requires someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with senior leadership and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in management or leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, performance management, and business planning.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working within technology, AI, SaaS, digital products, consulting, or other high-growth environments.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and with senior executives.
• Exposure to the UAE/GCC market is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environments where responsibilities may evolve quickly.
