Al Rostamani Group seeks an experienced HSE Engineer to oversee safety, health, and environmental practices across construction and industrial projects. You will lead the HSE team, conduct risk assessments, perform audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA, OSHAD, and Civil Defense standards.

You will develop training, prepare reports, and drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on site. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety/environment field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• OSHAD or UAE safety certification.
• ISO 14001 or related environmental certification.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and improve the HSE Management System for site compliance.
• Conduct HSE audits and inspections and recommend improvements.
• Lead risk assessments and JSA, implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, OSHAD, Civil Defense standards.
• Oversee HSE training programs and inductions for site personnel.
• Prepare monthly/weekly HSE performance reports.
• Supervise HSE Officers and conduct site safety inspections.
• Oversee emergency response plans and drills.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for documentation and certifications.
• Promote sustainable practices and waste/environmental controls.
• Foster safety culture and track KPIs like near-misses and incidents.
