Innovo Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead a project HSE team and implement compliant HSE management systems for multiple sites. You will liaise with clients and authorities, oversee risk assessments, audits, and KPI-driven performance, while ensuring subcontractor compliance with HSE rules.

The role requires a degree or diploma in HSE, 10+ years in GCC contracting, and fluency in English. ISO 45001/14001 experience is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• HSE Degree or diploma.
• 10+ years experience in GCC contracting companies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience implementing ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

Responsabilités

• Manage project HSE team and develop compliant HSE systems.
• Assist Area HSE manager and liaise with client on HSE issues.
• Monitor HSE team performance and ensure plan compliance.
• Ensure risk assessments are developed and followed.
• Review project requirements and enforce HSE standards.
• Organize site walks and ensure deviations are addressed.
• Lead project HSE committee meetings.
• Assess activity risk and implement controls.
• Audit findings and ensure regulatory implementation.
• Coordinate staff appraisals and KPI setting.
• Liaise with authorities and report incidents.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with HSE rules.
• Coordinate inspections and training; review monthly safety stats.
