Innovo Group is seeking an HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies on MEP construction projects in the UAE, ensuring compliance with laws, client requirements, and company standards. You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, RAMS/JSA, coordinate with operations, manage incidents, and promote a proactive safety culture across all activities.

This role requires a degree or diploma in engineering or safety, NEBOSH IGC, and 2–5 years of UAE

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC mandatory or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of HSE Officer experience in UAE MEP/construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Implement and monitor HSE policies on MEP construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, RAMS/JSA reviews, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Train site staff in HSE practices and promote a safety culture.
