Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in UAE (MEP/construction).
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and MEP activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor UAE HSE policies on MEP construction sites.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and address unsafe acts/conditions.
• Lead RAMS, JSA, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.
