Job summary

Dutco Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a qualified HSE Engineer to oversee safety, health and environmental aspects of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a proven track record in HSE management within the UAE.

You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct site inspections, lead training, investigate incidents, and coordinate with regulators to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least 10 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years in the UAE.
• NEBOSH certification (attested).
• Lead Auditor certification.
• SARs experience preferred and considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures for infrastructure projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for preventive measures
• Lead HSE training sessions for employees and contractors
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities on HSE matters related to the projects
