Job summary

Emarat Aloula Contracting is looking for a proactive HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental standards across various projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience working on Pumping Stations or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and client safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

Skills

Hazard identification and risk assessment

Incident investigation and root-cause analysis

Occupational health and safety management systems

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science
