Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE Engineer to monitor safety performance across operations and assets, ensuring conformity with the HSE standards and COPs. You will lead training, investigations, and risk assessments, and act as a focal point for HSE management system implementation.

You will review reports, coordinate with functions, revise safety procedures, and drive continuous improvement through HAZID/HAZOP studies and safety campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience including at least 3 years as Safety or HSE Engineer
• Experience in HSE project implementation, inspections, training and awareness, and HSE systems
• Hands-on risk assessment studies (TRA, HAZID, HAZOPS, PSSR, HSEIA)

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE inspections to ensure compliance and safety
• Identify hazards and mitigate risks in plant operations
• Lead HSE training and awareness sessions
• Coordinate with functions on incident resolution and safety programs
