Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE Engineer to monitor safety performance, manage HSE systems implementation, and support plant personnel with safety programs.

The role requires strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigations, and HSE training delivery to ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement across operations. You will coordinate with technical teams and lead safety audits while contributing to hazard analyses and training courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE roles, including safety engineering and project implementation.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessment methods (TRA, HAZID/HAZOP) and HSE trainings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE inspections to ensure compliance with standards and safe operation of assets.
• Identify hazards, mitigate risks, and ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste and chemicals.
• Lead HSE studies and participate in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety training programs and drills to prepare personnel for emergencies.
