Job summary

Turner & Townsend's HSE team seeks a PMC HSE Officer to implement and monitor all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements at the project site in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and ADOSH-SF requirements, coordinating with EPC contractors and supervision consultants to drive safe delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE Engineering or related field or NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• NEBOSH Diploma/IGC or equivalent preferred.
• OSHAD/ADOSH Safety Practitioner Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE Management Systems on site.
• Carry out site-based HSE monitoring, inspections and reporting.
• Review HSEQ plans, risk assessments and contractor documentation for compliance.
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with PMC, client and contractors to ensure HSEQ execution.
• Lead or support HSE toolbox talks and training for personnel.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills and response.
• Monitor and report HSEQ performance and action trackers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, client regulations and project requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity and professionalism.
