Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to manage a site HSE team on oil and gas projects in the UAE. You will develop and implement HSE plans, conduct audits and risk assessments, and drive safety training across projects to ensure compliance with client standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Diploma, have 8+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas or petrochemical environments, and possess strong leadership and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification.
• 8+ years' HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
• Shutdown/Turnaround experience in at least 2 major projects.
• Strong HSE leadership, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HSE team and ensure compliance with client HSE standards.
• Develop and implement project HSE plans and procedures.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments and safety training.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance, reporting and subcontractor compliance.
