Job summary

Khazna Data Centers seeks a Senior HSE Engineer to lead safety programs across project sites. You will review, implement, and enforce HSE plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture for employees and contractors.

The role requires NC or degree in safety, NEBOSH/OSHA knowledge, and 5+ years of GCC HSE experience. You will conduct risk assessments, train personnel, and maintain records and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management, engineering or a relevant field preferred.
• Certificate in occupational health and safety.
• 5+ years of proven HSE experience in GCC region.
• Proven experience as Health Safety Officer.
• Knowledge of NEBOSH, OSHS, OSHA regulations.
• Experience ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and audits.
• Strong report writing and policy development skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE plans, policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and JHAs with control measures.
• Inspect project sites and equipment for safety compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide HSE induction and training to staff and contractors.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous substances.
• Review and update HSE documentation per legislation and standards (ISO 45001).
• Maintain HSE records, permits, and compliance reports.
• Stop and report unsafe activities and promote safety culture.
