Job summary

ADVANCO Engineering & Technical Solutions is expanding its technical team and seeks an experienced HSE Engineer with strong ADNOC project experience to support our Oil & Gas and industrial operations in the UAE. You will lead HSE management, PTW implementation, and risk assessment, coordinating with project and site teams to ensure safe work practices and compliance with ADNOC standards.

The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Engineering with 8+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, risk assessment, and site safety requirements.
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, reporting, and site coordination skills.
• Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE management and compliance across ADNOC-driven Oil & Gas projects.
• Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and risk assessments on sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and incident prevention activities.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to promote safe work practices.
