ADVANCO Engineering & Technical Solutions is expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with strong ADNOC project experience to support our Oil & Gas and industrial operations in the UAE.The ideal candidate will be a proactive and technically competent HSE professional with hands-on experience in ADNOC projects, HSE management, Permit-to-Work (PTW), risk assessment, site inspections, incident prevention, and HSE compliance. B.E./B. Tech in Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Mandatory ADNOC project experience.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, risk assessment, and site safety requirements.
Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH will be an advantage.
Strong communication, reporting, and site coordination skills.
Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be preferred.
