Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced Sr. HR Partner for the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Dubai. This role focuses on enhancing the Builder experience and partnering with leaders to craft forward-looking HR strategies, talent development, and performance management.

You will influence change in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, applying HR fundamentals and confidentiality while mentoring teammates and aligning with Amazon Leadership Principles. Fluency in Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in a global or matrixed org.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Ability to advise executives and manage complex employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Influence change and foster inclusion for Builders and HR peers.
• Partner with leaders at multiple levels to develop forward-looking HR strategies.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor teammates; model Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Support talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations initiatives.
• Navigate policies with high judgement and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
