Job summary

Client of Orion Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional at executive level to oversee HR across multiple sites in the UAE, with a strong background in Catering and Facility Management. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and compliance to support growth.

You will manage large multicultural blue-collar teams, drive talent development and ensure operational excellence across client contracts and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or HRCI are an advantage.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience within Catering, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Support Services companies.
• Experience managing large multicultural and blue-collar workforces (2000+ employees preferred).
• Experience supporting multiple operational sites and client contracts.
