Job summary

Nathan & Nathan in Dubai (Jebel Ali) is seeking an HR Officer / Assistant Manager to support and manage core HR activities including employee relations, operations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, policy implementation, reporting and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end HR generalist exposure, excellent English communication, familiarity with UAE labour law, HRIS usage and the ability to work confidentially in a multi-site, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM or equivalent considered an advantage.
• 4–7 years HR generalist experience in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle employee relations matters in line with policies and labour laws.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, contracts, transfers, exits, and records.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and ensure audit-ready documentation.
