Job summary

Redfish Solutions is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to helm luxury hospitality projects in Dubai. You will drive concept development for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and F&B venues, ensuring guest-centric experiences from concept through completion.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of hospitality design experience, GCC familiarity, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments, with Revit/AutoCAD and rendering tools in your toolkit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of interior design experience with a focus on hospitality projects.
• GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with understanding of local market and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Produce innovative design concepts aligned with client briefs and operator brand standards.
• Own design quality across projects, review team work at key stages.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, FF&E schedules and presentations.
• Lead concept and client presentations, building relationships with clients, operators and brand teams.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative studio environment.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent through delivery.
