Job summary

Trois Investments in Dubai is seeking an experienced, Arabic-speaking Senior Sales Consultant who blends a consultative approach with strong commercial instincts to close high-value opportunities. This is a sales-driven role with clear performance expectations.

You must build trust, qualify opportunities, maintain disciplined follow-up, overcome objections, and convert qualified prospects into clients. Close alignment with clients’ international mobility and investment goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in consultative, high-value sales.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated track record of personally closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing a complete sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Strong commercial awareness, initiative, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Manage company-generated leads and develop new business via networking and referrals.
• Conduct structured consultations to understand clients' financial objectives and mobility needs.
• Present citizenship, residency, and international real estate solutions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain follow-up across calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Handle objections, negotiate confidently, and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts.
• Meet activity, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Develop lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
