Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the UAE seeks an experienced Architectural Engineering Lead to drive the transformation of a 50+ floor tower, coordinating structural, MEP, and architectural finishes to deliver a flawless, habitable asset.

You will lead facade and envelope execution, manage complex curtain walls, BMUs at extreme heights, and ensure compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes, municipality regulations, and sustainable standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture from an internationally recognized university.
10–15 years of continuous experience delivering architectural packages for ultra-high-rise towers (50+ floors) and multi-level basements in the UAE.
Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Facade & Envelope Management: Oversee installation of high-performance façade systems, ensuring wind-load, insulation, acoustic, and waterproofing standards.
Design & Clash Coordination: Review and approve architectural drawings, lead RCP coordination and resolve clashes using 3D BIM.
Mock-up & Material Approvals: Drive on-site mock-ups and material submittals with client and lead consultant sign-offs.
Basement & Podium Detailing: Manage architectural execution of deep basements with complex waterproofing and finishes.
Fire & Life Safety Execution: Ensure compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and related regulations.
Finishes Subcontractor Control: Supervise finish trades and ensure smooth handover to client.
Snagging & Handover: Lead QA process and close defects for Building Completion Certificate.
