Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Hematology Oncologist for a renowned healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role covers hematology malignancies, solid tumors, and leadership in clinical governance with a focus on evidence-based cancer care.

The candidate should have 3–5 years post‑board or fellowship experience and be eligible for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure. On-site work arrangement is required.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Completed fellowship/subspecialty training in Hematology Oncology.
• Board Certification in Hematology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology-Oncology.
• Eligible for DOH Abu Dhabi Consultant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level diagnosis and treatment for hematological disorders and solid tumors.
• Evaluate and manage benign and malignant blood-related conditions.
• Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies as indicated.
• Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate with surgical and radiation colleagues.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust plans to patient progress.
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to education and research.
