Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking an experienced, senior client-facing operator who partners with founders on growth strategy, sales, and execution. You will diagnose blockers, craft clear action plans, and drive meaningful progress across multiple businesses and markets.

You will own end-to-end client engagements, shaping ICP, positioning, pricing, acquisition, conversations, pipeline, delivery, and revenue, while guiding prioritization and ensuring outcomes in a remote, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, growth, client strategy, account management, sales, operations, or a senior client-facing role
• Experience working directly with founders and executives, or business owners
• Strong commercial understanding across acquisition, sales, and delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level client conversations with founders and senior operators
• Review business performance, diagnose problems, identify opportunities and set priorities
• Define objectives, constraints, and go-to-market strategy for growth initiatives
• Translate strategy into clear actions with owners and timelines
• Guide clients from market to revenue, mapping positioning, ICP, pricing, and channels
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across acquisition, conversations, pipeline, and delivery
• Maintain the full commercial picture and resolve misalignments across teams
• Challenge assumptions and ensure accountability to move from goals to execution
