Job summary

Sharp Performance is seeking a growth-focused marketer to lead experiments, build demand, and own lifecycle campaigns in Dubai. You will drive awareness across markets, optimize funnels, and collaborate with RevOps to improve segmentation and lead routing.

With 2–4 years in seed to Series A/B startups, you’ll be hands-on, analytically driven, and comfortable learning new tools and platforms like HubSpot and Clay to scale performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of startup growth or marketing experience.
• Proven experience running growth experiments.
• Analytical approach to data and pattern identification.
• Hands-on ability to build and execute campaigns independently.
• Technical curiosity and comfort learning new tools.
