Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement/geotechnical/heavy civil construction.
• Hands-on experience with vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction or similar methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all ground improvement construction activities in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure efficient execution of works
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required
• Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to senior management
