Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead Ground Improvement Engineer for ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Based at the client office, you will oversee, review and manage ground improvement works by contractors, representing the PMC to ensure compliance with design, standards, quality, safety and schedule.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across delivery stages, drive technical excellence, and uphold the highest safety and quality practices in a major energy project in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, and manage all ground improvement activities executed by contractors during project delivery.
• Act on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to ensure works comply with project specifications, design requirements, international standards, quality, safety and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain delivery milestones and technical integrity.
