NMDC Dredging & Marine in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead ground improvement construction projects. You will oversee site teams, coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

With at least 12 years in ground improvement or heavy civil works and hands-on experience with vibro compaction, stone columns, or deep soil mixing, you will drive execution, risk reviews, and stakeholder communication to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement/geotechnical/heavy civil construction.
• Hands-on experience with vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction or similar methods.
