Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services in Dubai seeks a senior graphic designer to develop visual communications across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency.

You will craft concepts, design for social media, print, events, and corporate materials, and coordinate with vendors. Proficiency across Mac/PC, Adobe suite, and strong English communication are required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Design or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in graphic/brand design.
• Strong experience in brand design, campaigns and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create designs for digital, social media, print and marketing campaigns.
• Develop artwork from initial brief through to final production.
• Support campaigns and creative requirements for events, exhibitions and trade shows.
• Design presentations, bid documents, corporate materials and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers and creative vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Review and approve artwork and production samples before final submission.
• Support photography and art direction requirements when required.
• Maintain and organize artwork, images and other brand assets.
• Provide creative support to Digital, PR and Corporate Communications teams.
• Ensure high attention to detail across all creative work, including bilingual English/Arabic materials.

About the Role

• Strong experience in brand design, creative concepts, campaigns, digital and social media design.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation.
• Experience working across both Mac and PC environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of animation, HTML and photography will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
