Job summary

BaseOne Innovations is seeking an experienced Graphic / Visual Designer (Arabic+English) for a contract full-time role in Dubai. You will adapt global creative assets for the MENA market, focusing on Arabic and English layouts, typography, and brand consistency.

The role requires converting LTR designs into RTL layouts with careful attention to Arabic typography and content flow. You will work with clients and regional teams to deliver digital and marketing collateral across multiple formats,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Fluent/native-level Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Strong Arabic typography, RTL and bilingual design principles.

Responsibilities

• Adapt global creative, templates and design assets for MENA audiences in Arabic and English.
• Convert LTR layouts into considered RTL designs, maintaining typography, hierarchy and content flow.
• Apply established brand guidelines and design systems consistently.
• Adapt layouts for Arabic/English copy across formats while maintaining design integrity.
• Create light-touch original design and regional adaptations within the global visual language.
• Produce digital and marketing collateral, including eGuides.
• Review assets for accuracy, production-readiness and cultural appropriateness for MENA.
• Work with clients and regional project/account teams on briefs, feedback and deadlines.
• Manage multiple deliverables efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Review Arabic and English assets for quality and consistency.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
• Confident collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of MENA cultural nuances
