Job summary

Stonehaven Marketing, a division of Stonehaven Project Management Services, in Dubai, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time, office-based role. You will lead the design side of client projects, setting creative direction and delivering brand identities for luxury properties.

You will present work to clients, collaborate with brand, digital, PR and events teams, and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in graphic design, with 4+ years at a senior level.
• Real estate experience in the UAE and GCC with launched projects you can show us.
• Experience across a full project lifecycle: brand identity, launch campaign, sales materials, and site branding.
• Experience presenting to senior clients and running projects on your own.
• Ability to design in both English and Arabic, including Arabic typography.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction on client projects, from the first brand workshop to the launch campaign.
• Design brand identities for communities, towers, villas, and branded residences, including logos, fonts, colours, and graphic styles.
• Create main launch visuals and art-direct CGI and photography.
• Design sales materials such as brochures, fact sheets, floor-plan books, and investor presentations.
• Design site and sales centre branding, hoardings, signage, and event materials.
• Produce digital work, including social media posts, online ads, landing pages, and broker packs.
• Write clear brand guidelines that other agencies and the client's team can follow.
• Guide and support junior and mid-level designers, and review their work.
• Brief and manage outside suppliers such as CGI studios, photographers, printers, and sign makers.
• Check that all work is accurate, well finished, and on brand.
• Manage your own deadlines across several projects at once.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, office-based role.Stonehaven Marketing is a division of Stonehaven Project Management Services. We help clients take their projects to market. We have offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Colombo, London, and Muscat, and we work with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE and wider GCC.You will lead the design side of our client projects. This means setting the creative direction, designing brands and key marketing visuals, and presenting the work to clients. You will work closely with our brand, digital, PR, and events teams.

What you will do

Strategy and client work

• Lead the creative direction on client projects, from the first brand workshop to the launch campaign.
• Turn the brand strategy and target audience into a clear look and feel.
• Present your work to clients, explain your thinking, and handle feedback.
• Keep track of what other developers are doing so our work looks different.
• Help the team put together proposals and pitches.

Design work

• Design brand identities for communities, towers, villas, and branded residences, including logos, fonts, colours, and graphic styles.
• Create the main launch visuals and art-direct CGI and photography.
• Design sales materials such as brochures, fact sheets, floor-plan books, and investor presentations.

What you bring

Experience

• At least 8 years in graphic design, including 4 or more at senior level in an agency or in-house team.
• Real estate experience in the UAE and GCC, with launched projects you can show us.
• Experience across a full project: brand identity, launch campaign, sales materials, and site branding.
• Experience presenting to senior clients and running projects on your own.

Market knowledge

• You understand how developers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia market their projects, including off-plan launches, broker events, roadshows, and sales centres.
• You understand who buys property here, from end users to regional and international investors.
• You know how premium, luxury, and branded residential projects differ in look and tone.
• You can design in both English and Arabic, and understand Arabic typography.

Skills

• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Strong typography, layout, and art direction, with close attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of print, including paper stocks, finishes, and large-format printing.
• Motion design or After Effects skills are a bonus.
• Good written and spoken English, and the ability to explain your design choices clearly.
