Job summary

Refine Development Management is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling for our real estate projects in Dubai. You will craft sophisticated graphics for digital and print campaigns, shaping the brand across brochures, social media, websites, and outdoor visuals.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of graphic design experience, a strong real estate portfolio, and advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Strong portfolio of real estate design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its visual marketing trends is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the design efforts of the organization, creating visually compelling and impactful graphics that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our brand, crafting compelling and sophisticated designs that captivate our audience and highlight the unique appeal of our projects. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms, from digital marketing campaigns to print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning graphics for digital and print materials, including property brochures, factsheet, payment plan, social media posts, email campaigns, website design and outdoor.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s sophisticated image.
• Create compelling visual content that showcases the unique features and amenities of our real estate offerings, effectively communicating their value to potential clients and agents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Generate fresh ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with brand objectives.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brands, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and other team members to bring cohesive and impactful campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, real estate marketing, and visual communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically within the top companies in the real estate industry in Dubai.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its visual marketing trends is highly preferred.
