Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team in Dubai. You will craft visuals for social media, digital ads and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output across channels.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals that support lead generation and brand elevation. Dubai office-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, digital marketing, advertising or a creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showing creativity, storytelling and versatility across digital and print design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating social media graphics, brochures, presentations and marketing collateral.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that communicate messages clearly, capture attention and strengthen brand recognition.
• Design engaging social media content, digital advertisements, website banners, email layouts and other digital marketing assets.
• Create brochures, presentations, event materials, signage, property marketing materials and other print collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials while introducing fresh creative ideas and improving existing designs.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms, formats, audiences and languages while maintaining visual quality and brand integrity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content and digital teams to deliver campaigns and creative projects on time.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts that support brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Use AI-powered design tools to explore concepts, generate creative assets and improve production efficiency, applying sound creative judgment and quality control to all final outputs.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for digital publication and print, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain an organised library of editable design files, brand assets, templates and creative resources.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising design quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing formats, creative technologies and emerging AI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within real estate, digital marketing, advertising or a creative agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling and versatility across digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience creating social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
• Experience adapting designs for different digital platforms, formats and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Confident use of AI-powered creative tools to support concept development, asset creation and workflow efficiency.
• Good understanding of print production, file preparation, image resolution, colour profiles and export specifications.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to receive feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate marketing, property advertising or luxury brand design.
• Experience creating property brochures, development marketing materials, agent marketing assets and campaign creatives.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing or animation tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma, Canva or other digital design and collaboration platforms.
• Experience producing multilingual creative assets.
• An understanding of digital marketing principles and how creative design contributes to engagement, brand awareness and lead generation.
