Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai seeks a creative Graphic Designer for the in-house marketing team. The role focuses on developing high-quality visuals across brands, with emphasis on Roasters, hospitality, lifestyle, and retail projects.

You will design for social media, print, packaging, menus, and promotional materials, collaborate with external partners, and ensure brand consistency across all locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social media, and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design social media posts, stories, carousels and promotional materials.
• Create digital advertising banners and campaign visuals.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms and languages.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai. The role involves developing and producing high-quality visual materials across the holding’s brands, with a strong focuson Roasters, hospitality, lifestyle, and retail projects.

Social Media & Digital Design

• Design Instagram posts, Stories, carousels, and promotional materials.
• Create digital advertising banners and campaign visuals.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and languages.
• Prepare visuals for websites, mobile applications, and digital screens.

Branding & Marketing Materials

• Design menus, flyers, posters, vouchers, table tents, and POSM.
• Develop packaging layouts, stickers, labels, and branded materials.
• Adapt approved creative concepts and brand identities into everyday marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all locations and brands.

Campaigns & Events

• Produce visual assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Support restaurant openings, events, and collaborations with required designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team and external production partners.

Production & File Management

• Retouch photographs and prepare images for digital and print use.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate technical specifications with suppliers.
• Maintain organized design source files, templates, and brand assets.
• Deliver materials according to agreed timelines and priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Understanding of print production, packaging, and POSM.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
