Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Graphic Design Lead – Visual Communications in Dubai to direct visual communication for major infrastructure and transportation projects. You will lead a design team, transform complex technical information into clear visuals, and uphold brand standards across client documents and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• 12+ years of professional graphic design or visual communication experience.
• Experience with engineering, infrastructure, or design consultancies in GCC preferred.
• Experience working in Dubai is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of graphic designers on multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Plan workloads, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery across projects.
• Produce complex reproduction‑ready visuals for client presentations, reports, proposals and project communications.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renders and animations illustrating engineering concepts and design proposals.
• Design brochures, flyers, slides, charts, diagrams, and other visual outputs to support technical content.
