The position plays an important part in supporting project managers, designers, technical writers, and bid or delivery teams by creating visuals that improve communication, enhance presentations, and strengthen the overall quality of project documentation. This role also contributes to consistency in branding and visual standards by ensuring that all artwork, layouts, renderings, and animations align with company or client style requirements. The work has a direct impact on how infrastructure concepts are understood, reviewed, and presented across project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Create moderately complex 3D models and visual representations for roads, highways, and related infrastructure projects.
• Prepare AI‑assisted artwork, graphic layouts, and visual concepts for project communication materials.
• Produce high‑quality renderings and presentation graphics that accurately reflect design intent and project information.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, technical writers, editors, and requestors to understand content requirements and delivery timelines.
• Review submitted artwork, text, sketches, and supporting materials for inclusion in reports, presentations, and communication documents.
• Recommend improvements to visuals and layouts for better clarity, consistency, and accuracy of expression.
• Design reproduction‑ready graphics such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, posters, signs, certificates, slides, charts, diagrams, tables, and viewgraphs.
• Prepare visual content for project presentations, stakeholder meetings, internal reports, and client submissions.
• Develop animations and visual sequences to explain design concepts, project phasing, or infrastructure features.
• Modify and update existing artwork, visual assets, animations, and 3D models when project changes occur.
• Apply company branding guidelines and client style manuals across all assigned visual materials.
• Support the preparation of professional presentation packages with a polished and consistent visual identity.
• Ensure technical content is visually represented in a way that is easy to understand and suitable for the target audience.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned work according to schedule and project priorities.
• Organize source files, design assets, and working documents to maintain efficient project workflows.
• Assist in improving the overall quality and visual effectiveness of communication materials used across the business.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, AI‑related creative studies, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D visualisation, or creative production.
• Strong ability to convert technical or project‑related information into clear and appealing visual content.
• Experience preparing graphics and visual materials for engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project‑based environments is an advantage.
• Good understanding of layout design, typography, image composition, branding, and presentation structure.
• Proven skill in creating accurate 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Ability to review project content and improve visual communication through design recommendations.
