Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Graphic Design Lead - Visual Content to coordinate and produce high‑quality visuals for major infrastructure and transportation projects in Dubai. You will guide a team of designers, develop client-ready graphics, and ensure brand consistency across presentations, reports, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• More than 12 years of related experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative production, presentation design or document design.
• More than 5 years of experience working with engineering, infrastructure design, transportation, architecture, planning or consultancy environments in the GCC region (preferred).

• Lead a team of graphic designers supporting technical design teams across infrastructure, transportation, and multidisciplinary project portfolios.
• Work directly with Design Delivery Director to enhance visual quality and support continuous improvement in creative production.
• Design and produce complex reproduction-ready visual graphics for client presentations, proposals, reports, and project communication material.
• Create high-quality 3D renders and animations that illustrate project designs, development concepts, infrastructure proposals, and technical ideas.
• Produce brochures, flyers, presentation slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, viewgraphs, posters, signs, certificates and related visual assets.
• Review artwork, text, layouts and supporting materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents.
• Work with technical writers, editors, authors and requestors to improve visual clarity, document consistency and presentation quality.

The Graphic Design Lead supports project delivery by turning complex engineering, infrastructure and transportation concepts into clear, polished, persuasive visual content. The role improves the quality of presentations, reports, visualizations, proposals, brochures, graphics, and branded documents used by technical teams and client‑facing stakeholders. By leading a team of designers, reviewing creative output, applying modern tools and maintaining visual consistency, this position strengthens communication quality and helps project teams present technical ideas with greater clarity and impact.

• Supervise, guide and develop the graphics team so design output keeps pace with current techniques, software and industry expectations.
• Review work produced by junior and mid‑level graphic designers for accuracy, attention to detail, visual quality and consistency.
• Support training and development of graphic design team members through practical feedback, quality reviews and tool guidance.
• Maintain strong coordination with technical design teams to understand project requirements and convert technical information into compelling visuals.
• Ensure graphic deliverables meet deadlines, project standards, brand guidelines and presentation requirements.
• Apply strong design judgment to balance technical accuracy, creative expression, client expectations and document usability.
• Support the production of high‑impact materials for major infrastructure and transportation project submissions.
• Improve document structure, visual hierarchy, image quality, layout discipline and graphic consistency across assigned deliverables.
• Perform additional graphic design, team coordination, review and production responsibilities as required by project needs.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• More than 12 years of related experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative production, presentation design or document design.
• More than 5 years of experience working with engineering, infrastructure design, transportation, architecture, planning or consultancy environments in the GCC region (preferred).
• Dubai project or consultancy experience is an advantage.
• Strong ability to lead, supervise, guide and develop graphic design professionals.
• Proven experience creating high‑quality visual graphics, presentations, reports, brochures, diagrams, render‑based visuals and branded documents.
• Experience producing 3D renders, animations, visualizations or design‑support graphics for technical projects (valuable).
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour balance, brand consistency, visual storytelling and document presentation.
• Ability to work with technical writers, editors, engineers, designers, project teams and senior delivery leaders.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing artwork, text, diagrams, technical visuals and final presentation material.
• Ability to convert complex technical content into clean, professional and client‑ready visual communication.
• Strong knowledge of modern graphic design software, visualisation tools and production workflows.
• Comfortable managing multiple visual deliverables, deadlines, revision cycles and stakeholder expectations.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working across creative, technical and leadership teams.
