Blackstone eIT is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation for government digital services in the UAE. You will map as-is processes, design to-be journeys using BPMN 2.0, and produce BRDs, business rules, and specifications.

Write structured user stories and backlog items, manage them in Azure DevOps, and ensure traceability to objectives while coordinating with developers, QA, UX and management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on business analysis on software delivery projects.
• 1+ exposure to government/digital services in UAE or GCC.
• BRDs, business rules, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• BPMN 2.0, as-is/to-be mapping and swimlanes.
• Backlog ownership in agile with sprints.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements elicitation with government stakeholders via workshops and interviews.
• Map as-is processes and design to-be service journeys using BPMN 2.0.
• Produce BRDs, business rules, functional specs and wireframes.
• Write clean user stories and Product Backlog Items with testable acceptance criteria.
• Manage them through Azure DevOps and maintain traceability from business objective to delivered functionality.
• Support UAT and obtain formal client sign-off.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, UX and project manager; handle dependencies and edge cases.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate analysis and documentation while safeguarding sensitive data.
