Job summary

Marlin Selection Recruitment is partnering with a leading international gold and precious metals business to recruit a Gold Trader for its Dubai Corporate Headquarters. The role targets an ambitious trader with around 10+ years in gold, precious metals or physical commodities to advance within a large global organization.

You will trade physical gold across international markets, liaise with suppliers, banks and clients, and work closely with senior traders to identify opportunities while

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience in physical/spot trading advantageous.
• Understanding of gold and precious metals markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical gold and precious metals transactions across international markets.
• Monitor global gold prices, market movements, liquidity and trading opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, refiners and counterparties.
• Negotiate pricing, premiums and terms with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor trading positions, P&L and risk exposures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Treasury and Risk to settle trades.
